Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/production engineering.
• Strong knowledge of machining, welding, and assembly.
• Proficiency with CAD tools for tooling/fixture design.
• Hands-on problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new mechanical equipment and tooling to support production needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with production machinery, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop preventative maintenance schedules and improve equipment reliability.
