• Minimum 6 years of experience in process engineering or mechanical design in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of process equipment, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving in a production environment (Mahikeng)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize mechanical processes to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
• Design, implement, and test mechanical modifications or new systems to support process improvements
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues impacting process performance and develop corrective actions
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and P&IDs
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless process integration

Key Responsibilities
