Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and CAE tools for analysis.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
• Experience with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, sheet metal).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for renewable energy applications (solar trackers, wind turbine components, energy storage systems).
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
• Perform mechanical analysis, including stress, thermal, and fatigue analysis.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to bring designs from concept to reality.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs, documenting results and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with industry standards for renewable energy systems.
