Envision Energy is seeking a senior O&M leader to manage MEA/Africa wind assets with a hybrid work model. You will build and guide an international team, drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency, and report performance to stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in O&M for wind projects, strong leadership, and English proficiency. International experience and strong negotiation skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in O&M management for wind power projects.
• Familiarity with international O&M standards and practices in wind power.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant O&M management software and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and ability to coordinate multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build, manage, and lead an international O&M team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and deployment.
• Organize team training and technical exchanges to enhance skills.
• Ensure O&M operations comply with international safety standards and regulations; establish a safety management system.
• Develop and implement quality control measures for O&M reliability.
• Prepare and control the O&M budget; optimize expenses.
• Analyze cost data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and service providers; allocate resources.
• Maintain communication with local authorities and grid companies for compliant operations.
• Collect and analyze O&M data; evaluate wind farm performance; provide reports and recommendations.
• Use data analysis to optimize O&M strategies and decisions.
