Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Matric / Grade 12.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and being the first point of contact with prospective partners.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize & manage a pipeline of opportunities to drive seller goals in the Marketplace business.
• Build & nurture relationships with sellers, supporting them to exceed monthly revenue goals
• Identify opportunities to improve business for all sellers through scalable solutions and support the roll‑out of these solutions
• Perform analyzes to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth
• Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and serve as primary point of contact
• Handle seller queries timeously
• Build up a working knowledge of business levers and tools to accelerate seller growth on the store
• Work closely with cross functional teams to drive daily execution of tasks
