Qualifications

• 3+ years in agency account management or delivery management.
• Currently handling multiple clients as day-to-day contact.
• Experience writing briefs for creative, media or tech teams.
• Daily use of a project management tool (e.g., Asana).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including difficult news.
• Ecommerce exposure (Shopify) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all clients in your portfolio.
• Run regular status meetings and deliver weekly updates.
• Understand each client's trading calendar, stock, margins and priorities.
• Manage scope questions and change requests with directors when needed.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities and raise them to the director.
• Convert client needs into clear briefs for Creative, Paid Media, Email and Tech teams.
• Set weekly priorities and sequence work across a shared pool of specialists.
• Own the delivery plan with owners, due dates and status.
