Job summary

The candidate will coordinate marketing calendars, manage project timelines, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to management and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
• Assist with website content updates, including pricing and basic content management.
• Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines.
• Monitor stock and update listings accordingly
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Provide general administrative support to management and internal teams.
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Maintain filing systems, databases, and company records.
