Job summary

GWM CAPE TOWN is seeking a Market Analyst to provide data-driven insights and performance analyses to support dealer network growth and strategic planning. The role focuses on dealer performance, market intelligence, forecasting, reporting, and identifying opportunities to optimise business performance across the dealer network.

Responsibilities include monitoring dealer performance, developing scorecards and dashboards, and conducting market share analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in automotive OEM, dealer network management, sales operations, business intelligence, or market analysis.
Experience with dealer performance data, market share analysis, and large datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse dealer performance, KPIs, SSI, and lead conversion rates.
Develop and maintain dealer scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports.
Conduct market share, AOR, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Support target setting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives.
Prepare executive reports and presentations for management.
Maintain data accuracy and support Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
