Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product teams, you will build reports, dashboards, and predictive models, present findings to leadership, and drive data‑driven decisions that boost profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• 2-3 years' experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Automotive industry experience will be advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Present insights and recommendations to sales leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support sales forecasting using historical data and predictive modelling.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align sales forecasts with inventory and production planning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Benchmark sales performance against industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for new markets, products, and customer segments.
• Support the development of sales strategies using data-driven insights.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Recommend pricing, product mix, and distribution improvements.
• Monitor sales performance and identify key business drivers.
• Support incentive programmes and sales performance initiatives.
• Recommend process improvements to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting systems and automate routine processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
