Job summary
Impronics Technologies seeks a Market Data Technical Specialist / Data Analyst to support and stabilize real-time market data platforms in a Global Markets trading environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, Murex, and Calypso, along with strong production support and risk management capabilities in financial services.
Qualifications
- Extensive production support and incident management experience in financial services.
- Hands-on with market data platforms (Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv) in front-office contexts.
- Ability to operate under high-pressure trading environments and manage stakeholders.
- Knowledge of vendor engagement and audit/compliance in banking settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on engineering and operational support for market data feeds.
- Ensure stable delivery of real-time and reference data into downstream systems (Murex, Calypso).
- Lead root-cause analyses for production incidents and implement durable fixes.
- Develop runbooks, monitoring thresholds, and recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and exchange operations teams on feed migrations.
