Placements24 is seeking a skilled Marine Electronics Technician to join our team in Mossel Bay. You will install, maintain, and repair electronics on vessels, including GPS, VHF radios, autopilots, and fish finders.

You will diagnose faults, perform tests, and ensure compliance with maritime safety standards while supporting vessel crews in operation and safety. The role requires hands-on technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in diverse marine environments

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marine Electronics Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of marine navigation, communication, and safety systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and soldering equipment.
