The candidate will manage multiple departments, mentor leaders, and implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to sustain competitive advantage in a demanding market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or senior manufacturing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
