Placements24 is seeking an HR Business Partner for a leading manufacturing entity in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The role partners with operational leadership to drive people strategies across talent management, employee relations, performance, and workforce planning in a fast-paced production environment.

You will lead recruitment for operations and technical roles, ensure compliance with SA labor laws, and manage compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and industrial relations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with operational leadership to align HR initiatives with manufacturing goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies for operational and technical roles.
• Develop and implement workforce planning and succession planning programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration within the manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations in a manufacturing context.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Support change management processes and organizational development efforts.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with the central HR team to ensure consistent application of HR policies.
