South African Bank Note Company (Pty) Ltd is seeking a strategic leader to govern the Quality Control function across the manufacturing value chain. You will design and sustain robust quality systems, optimise inspection and testing frameworks, and drive continuous improvement to enhance product integrity and operational performance.
The role requires 7 years in Quality Control in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in team leadership, plus post-graduate qualifications and Six Sigma Black Belt.
To provide strategic leadership and governance of the Quality Control function by designing, implementing, and sustaining robust quality systems that ensure all products consistently comply with quality requirements, and customer expectations; taking accountability for optimising inspection and testing frameworks, proactively preventing defects, managing quality risk, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product integrity, operational efficiency, and business performance across the manufacturing value chain.
