Job summary

Valterra Platinum is seeking a Production Manager for the Amandelbult Complex, Thabazimbi, LIMPOPO, South Africa. The role covers overall responsibility under MHSA 3.1a, ensuring safe, profitable management of the Production Area with 3–5 years accountability and leadership in safety and sustainability.

The successful candidate will manage mining operations safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively to meet short- and long-term production objectives, in line with company values and regulatory

Qualifications

• Mining Degree, Mine Managers Certificate of Competence, Blasting Certificate.
• Experience: At least seven years’ mining experience at metalliferous operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and profitable management of the Production Area in line with MHSA 3.1a.
• Provide visible leadership in safety and sustainable development according to Valterra Platinum values.
• Oversee mining operations to meet short- and long-term production objectives while controlling costs.
