PepsiCo Inc. is offering a Trainee Maize Miller position to learn and assist with all aspects of the maize milling process under the SAGMA training program. The role focuses on grain intake, milling operations, quality control, equipment maintenance, food safety, and production management to qualify as a Trade-Tested Miller.

You will work under mentors such as Head Miller or Training Officer, complete SAGMA modules, and prepare for the Trade Test and EISA assessments required for qualification.

Formación

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science.
• Ability to enroll for SAGMA Occupational Certificate: Miller programme.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and assist with maize milling equipment operation.
• Monitor milling processes and production flow.
• Assist with start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers of milling equipment.
