Job summary

Aspen Pharma Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and coordinate maintenance activities within our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safety, efficiency and equipment reliability to minimise downtime across production lines.

You will develop preventative and corrective maintenance plans, create detailed job plans and manage work orders, ensuring alignment with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years Pharmaceutical manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of maintenance processes and pharmaceutical manufacturing/ packaging requirements and SAP PM Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
• Create detailed job plans, including labour, materials, spares and other resources required.
• Manage maintenance notifications, work orders and maintenance backlogs.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Plan shutdown maintenance and statutory inspections and ensure activities are ready for scheduling.
• Analyse equipment breakdowns, maintenance trends and costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate equipment registers, maintenance history, PPM schedules and SAP PM records.
• Monitor maintenance performance and provide accurate reports and recommendations to management
