Qualifications

• Experience with Kerridge system and ability to compile spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective management of operations within approved budgets and objectives.
• Schedule service and repairs; monitor quality of workmanship.
• Lead technicians and apprentices with task planning and workload monitoring.
• Provide timely feedback to Operations Manager on performance and actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and progress updates to customers.
