About the Role

A prestigious game lodge in Limpopo is seeking a young; energetic, and suitably qualified Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a lodge environment and enjoys problem‑solving, working outdoors, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
• Plumbing installations, maintenance, and emergency fixes
• Pump maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing
• Solar system monitoring, upkeep, and basic repairs
• General construction, building maintenance, and structural repairs
• Routine lodge maintenance across guest areas, staff village, and operational facilities
• Assisting with preventative maintenance planning
• Responding to urgent repair requests to ensure seamless lodge operations

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical; Plumbing, Pumps, Solar, or Construction
• Practical experience in a lodge, hospitality, or remote environment (advantageous)
• Physically fit, energetic, and able to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor setting
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment
