Qualifications
- Technical qualifications in Electrical, Plumbing, Pumps, Solar or Construction are required.
- Experience in a lodge, hospitality or remote environment is advantageous.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and team-oriented attitude; able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
- Plumbing installations, maintenance, and emergency fixes
- Pump maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing
- Solar system monitoring, upkeep, and basic repairs
- General construction and building maintenance
- Routine lodge maintenance across guest areas and facilities
- Assist with preventative maintenance planning
- Respond to urgent repair requests to ensure lodge operations
