Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex machinery (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical).
• Strong preventative and predictive maintenance understanding.
• Experience with CMMS is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in industrial settings.
• Willingness to work in Rustenburg and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures.
• Oversee planned maintenance to minimize production disruption.
