Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to achieve safe production performance levels.
• Attend and conduct Safety meetings.
• Conduct and participate in risk assessments.
• Allocate tasks to subordinates.
• Attend to breakdowns and emergencies as required.
• Ensure material, spares and equipment are available.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to subordinates.
• Comply with environmental requirements.
• Record results of all legal examinations in the appropriate format.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are agreed upon by production and engineering.
• Liaise with Supervisors to update technical manuals.
• Participate in on-site and company RCM development and review for key equipment.
