Job summary

Elchemie is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the E, M, I & CM teams, ensuring preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance runs efficiently. You will manage outages, safety compliance, and asset reliability at the Emalahleni/Witbank site.

The role requires MV qualification, N4 with electrical apprenticeship, and 3+ years in a similar supervisory position within heavy industry. A valid license and vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• N4 with electrical apprenticeship and Section 13 Trade Test.
• MV qualification mandatory.
• 3+ years in Maintenance Supervisor role in industrial environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with SAP CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling and coordination of maintenance team for PM/CM programs.
• Oversee predictive maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting/closure.
• Lead breakdown responses and RCA / FMECA analyses.
• Maintain asset registry and tagging within SAP CMMS.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and environmental standards on site.
