Oude Werf Hotel in Stellenbosch is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to provide admin and coordination support to the Maintenance Department. You will manage maintenance requests, work orders, records, suppliers, and preventative maintenance schedules, and assist the Maintenance Manager to keep facilities in top condition, both guest areas and back-of-house.

The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Maintenance Department, ensuring that maintenance requests, work orders, records, suppliers, and preventative maintenance schedules are effectively managed. The role supports the Maintenance Manager and team in ensuring that the hotel’s facilities, equipment, guest areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to a high standard, as well as setting up the structures in the maintenance department, and this includes capturing all the necessary information on Omni.
