Job summary

Oude Werf Hotel in Stellenbosch is seeking a General Attendant to maintain a tidy, clean, neat and safe environment for guests and staff. The role includes assisting with a range of basic delivery and housekeeping tasks to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be able to work shifts including weekends/public holidays, and demonstrate reliability, a can-do attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the same or/and similar positions.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent attendance and performance track record.
• Matric or equivalent certificate (advantageous).
• Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment.
