Job summary

Oude Werf Hotel in Stellenbosch is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to provide admin and coordination support to the Maintenance Department. You will manage maintenance requests, work orders, records, suppliers, and preventative maintenance schedules, and assist the Maintenance Manager to keep facilities in top condition, both guest areas and back-of-house.

This role is on-site, fixed-term, and requires strong organizational and communication skills, computer literacy, and experience with

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Tertiary qualification in Admin/Facilities/Hospitality preferred.
• 1 year's experience in admin role, hospitality/facilities advantageous.
• Experience with maintenance management systems advantageous.
• Experience with purchasing, quotations, invoices and supplier administration.
• Willing to work various shifts and across multiple functions.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to Maintenance Department and manage work orders.
• Maintain records, supplier info, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist Maintenance Manager and team to ensure high facility standards.
• Set up maintenance department structures and capture information on Omni.
