Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A integration.
• Proven experience managing complex integration projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, valuation, and post-deal integration challenges.
• Excellent financial analysis, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive post-merger integration strategies and plans.
• Lead integration workstreams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
