Placements24 is seeking a Principal Strategy Consultant for a globally recognised management consultancy in Centurion, Gauteng. The role requires strategic thinking to lead high-impact engagements, advise C-suite executives, and shape the future direction of major organisations.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, develop strategic frameworks, and drive business development while delivering exceptional client value. Travel as required and a strong executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier business school.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful corporate strategies for large organizations.
• Deep expertise in strategic frameworks, market entry, growth strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
• Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Experience working with clients in Centurion, Gauteng area or similar advanced economies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies.
• Conduct rigorous market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning.
