This role blends fine dining expertise with remote administrative duties, leading a dedicated team, driving guest experience and revenue, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in hospitality management, preferably with wine estates, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants.
• Experience managing accommodation, food & beverage, and tasting room operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the estate's accommodation, tasting room, and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive revenue across all hospitality divisions.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Oversee inventory management for wine, food, and beverages, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events that attract visitors to the estate.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
