Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in 5-star hotel or fine dining.
• Formal culinary qualification (Diploma/City & Guilds/BTEC).
• Creative cooking aligned with international trends.
• Proven ability to supervise junior staff and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef to deliver fine dining standards.
• Create menus and seasonal dishes.
• Supervise junior staff in daily production.
• Manage dietary requirements and guest liaison.
• Oversee stock, ordering and supplier meetings.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cost control.
