Job summary

Hoteljobs is seeking a sophisticated Luxury Travel Advisor to join our client’s prestigious team in-office. You will craft bespoke, high-end travel experiences for discerning clients, using your global destination knowledge and luxury service network to design itineraries, manage bookings and support travelers throughout the journey.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury travel, a proven sales record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with GDS and booking

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Travel Advisor in luxury travel.
• Extensive knowledge of global destinations and high-end accommodations.
• Proven sales record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in GDS and travel booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand preferences and travel requirements for luxury experiences.
• Design and customize exclusive itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours and activities.
• Manage all booking arrangements, confirmations and payments with precision.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, travel insurance and local customs.
• Act as the primary contact before, during and after trips, ensuring seamless service.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers and partners worldwide.
