Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive management in luxury spa or high-end hospitality.
• Proven expertise in spa operations, financial management, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations ensuring service delivery aligns with brand standards.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement spa treatment menus and packages, staying current with industry trends.
