Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer shopping experience.
Build long‑term relationships with customers through outstanding service and product knowledge.
Drive store sales while achieving KPI targets.
Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
Maintain premium visual merchandising standards.
Ensure the store is clean, organised and inviting.
Process sales, exchanges, refunds and gift wrapping accurately.
Assist with stock receiving, stock control and replenishment.
Lead by example on the sales floor and motivate team members.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
