Qualifications

• Matric is a prerequisite.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in premium clothing/boutique retail and handbag sales.
• Experience working with E-commerce / online buying using WooCommerce or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Sell designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories in-store.
• Deliver an exceptional and sophisticated customer experience.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Uploading and managing products on WooCommerce.
• Ensuring online listings are accurate, attractive and complete.
• Coordinating the flow of inventory from consignor through photography, listing and sale.
• Supervising and coordinating the existing team.
• Ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently.
• Identifying problems and finding practical solutions.
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation when the owner is away.
• Helping develop and improve company systems and processes as the business grows.
