Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the restaurant.

• Lead, motivate and manage front-of-house team; coordinate with kitchen and management.
• Manage staff schedules, training and performance.
• Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock, wastage and costs; ensure efficient operations.
• Support systems and procedures to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
