The role will include:

• Working closely with the kitchen and wider management team to ensure smooth service
• Handling guest queries and resolving any concerns professionally
• Monitoring stock, wastage and operational costs
• Assisting with systems and procedures to keep the operation running efficiently
• Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
• Creating a warm, polished and memorable experience for guests

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior restaurant management role
• Has a strong understanding of restaurant operations and front-of-house service
• Is a confident and capable team leader
• Communicates well and builds strong relationships with both guests and staff
• Has a proactive, hands-on management style
• Remains calm and professional in a busy service environment
• Is organised, solutions-focused and able to think on their feet
• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and excellent service
• Previous experience within an upmarket restaurant, luxury hospitality environment or similar property would be a definite advantage.
