Job summary

HotelJobs luxury safari lodge near Hazyview seeks a Junior Management Couple to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will be highly visible on site, hosting guests, guiding staff and upholding brand standards across departments.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years in hotel operations, strong Opera PMS knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Experience with international guests is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hotel/lodge operations, with supervisory or management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS – essential.
• Relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the lodge and guest experience.
• Host guests, build relationships and deliver personalised experiences.
• Maintain brand standards, guest recognition, and elite member servicing.
• Manage Opera PMS front office, arrivals, billing and reservations.
• Lead operational shifts and coordinate Front Office and related departments.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
