HotelJobs in Gauteng seeks an experienced Leisure Reservationist for a Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa. You will coordinate multi-department itineraries, blending luxury accommodation, spa packages, fine dining and estate experiences into a seamless pre-arrival process.

You will manage leisure inquiries across phone, email and digital channels, convert qualified leads into bookings, maintain guest data in the PMS, and generate daily reports to support planning and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hotel reservations or leisure coordination in 4–5 star hospitality.
• Proficiency with Opera, Protel or equivalent PMS.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of leisure inquiries across phone, email and digital channels.
• Convert qualified leads into bookings with product knowledge and upsell.
• Construct and verify guest itineraries with Spa, F&B and Housekeeping.
• Capture and protect guest data in the PMS following POPIA.
• Generate and distribute daily and future arrival reports.
• Follow up on quotations and tentative bookings to maximise occupancy.
