Browns Jewellers in Cape Town invites a Luxury Sales Associate to join our family-owned luxury jewellery house. You will embody exceptional client service, expert product knowledge and a passion for luxury while guiding clients through our fine jewellery ranges.

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and presentation skills.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail hours.

• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding your performance.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with our collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the world of luxury jewellery.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
