Browns Jewellers in Gauteng seeks a Luxury Sales Associate to be a Jewellery Advisor, blending your sales talent with outstanding client service, deep product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury.

You will welcome clients, build lasting relationships, present and sell our fine jewellery, and work toward sales targets with uncapped commission. Browns offers training, a proud South African heritage dating back to 1934, and growth opportunities within the Browns family.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is preferred, enthusiasm and talent for sales are valued above all.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right drive and presentation.
• Flexible schedule is key, with peak hours including weekends.

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and personalised luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding your performance.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with our collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the world of luxury jewellery.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
