Job summary

Browns Jewellers in Centurion, South Africa, is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to combine sales ability with exceptional client service and product knowledge in a boutique luxury environment.

You will welcome clients, build relationships, present our fine jewellery, and work toward targets with uncapped commission. Training and growth opportunities are available within a proudly South African family-owned luxury jewellery business founded in 1934.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is preferred, but enthusiasm, ambition and sales talent come first.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including weekends.

• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding your performance.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with our collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the world of luxury jewellery.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
