You’ll welcome clients, present our fine jewellery, build relationships and work toward targets with uncapped commission. Browns’ legacy, established in 1934, offers training and growth within a family-owned luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; enthusiasm, ambition and sales talent are valued.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage; training is provided.
• Flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission.
• Follow up with clients to drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with collections, craftsmanship and product launches.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance and confidence.
