You’ll welcome clients, build lasting relationships and present our fine jewellery collections with confidence. With uncapped commission and a competitive base, your earnings grow with performance, while training and growth opportunities help you advance within Browns.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm, personalised luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding performance.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with collections, craftsmanship, product launches and luxury trends.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
