Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or similar.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and methods.
• Excellent time keeping.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep and cleaning of hotel rooms and communal guest areas.
• Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to facilitate a seamless stay for hotel guests.
• Exceed guests’ expectations from arrival to departure in all areas of their stay.
• Ensure that guests’ special requests are communicated clearly and are met by all departments.
• Deliver exceptional service.
• Think out of the box to make guests’ stay exceptional.
• Adhere to and maintain Health and Safety standards.
