Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Food and Beverage Director in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven track record managing multiple F&B outlets and banqueting operations.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of culinary trends, wine, and spirits.
• Passion for creating memorable dining experiences and upholding brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs that meet market demands and brand standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Lead, train, and mentor a large team of culinary and service professionals.
