Placements24 is seeking a polished Guest Relations Manager for a luxury resort in Klerksdorp. You will lead guest relations, anticipate needs, manage VIP requests, and collaborate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B to deliver unforgettable experiences.

The role requires 4+ years in guest-facing hospitality, strong communication, and PMS/CRM proficiency. English fluency is essential, with relocation flexibility to the North West province.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in guest relations, front office management, or a similar guest-facing role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience with PMS and CRM software.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Klerksdorp.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of guest relations, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, coordinating their needs and preferences.
• Proactively anticipate and address guest needs and concerns to ensure a superior experience.
• Manage guest feedback, reviews, and service recovery efforts effectively.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
• Train and mentor front-line staff on service standards and guest interaction.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
• Ensure the lobby and public areas reflect the resort's luxury standards.
• Represent the resort at functions and events with a professional demeanor.
