Qualifications

• 3–4 years in guest relations/front office or similar hospitality role.
• Proven ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of guest relations and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Welcome and bid farewell to guests with a positive, memorable impression.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues discreetly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests accurately and quickly.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized services.
• Gather guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
