Placements24 is seeking a talented Fine Art Wedding Caterer to design and present bespoke wedding menus in the Kimberley area. You will collaborate with couples, planners and event designers to ensure every culinary detail reflects the couple's style and exceeds expectations.

With a strong portfolio and a background in high-end catering, you will manage on-site food prep, presentation, and service, while maintaining impeccable hygiene and seasonal sourcing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in luxury wedding catering or fine dining.
• Strong portfolio showing culinary artistry and food presentation.
• Ability to develop bespoke menus and cater to dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, allergies).
• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism.
• Deep understanding of food quality, flavour pairings, and seasonal ingredients.
