Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury catering/high-end hospitality or bespoke event management.
• Experience working with affluent clientele and understanding their expectations.
• Knowledge of fine dining, international cuisines, wine and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional demeanor.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons in Sandton.
• Proactive problem-solving and discretion in handling issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand vision, preferences, and requirements for luxury events.
• Design bespoke menus and beverage selections with premium ingredients and presentation.
• Oversee execution of catering services from setup to breakdown.
• Manage and coordinate catering staff, training on service standards and etiquette.
