Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, manage and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Manage staff performance, training and development.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, wastage and cost management.
• Monitor financial performance and assist with revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive a positive and professional working environment.
• Maintain the restaurant's standards, values and reputation.
